Melissa Tomaziefski

I have learned that insecurities are taught, my problem is I think too much and I feel too deeply. My goal for 2024 is to overcome my own demons. I have done some research and this is what I have found and I think I am going to try them.

-Breathing

-Focus on important things like family, career, and goals

-Don’t compare myself to others.

-Be patient with myself.

-Surround yourself with encouraging people. 

-Set achievable goals

-Confront your feelings

-Yoga
