I got hit with some news this weekend and I have been going through the motions. My best friend since 2011 is having brain surgery. Now mind you just a few weeks ago he had found out he had prostate cancer. During all the testing he was having to have done and some pain he was having the doctors had found multiple items. He had something on his lung and the doctors thought he had a stroke due to some pain he was having and so they wanted to get do an MRI. The MRI was to check his lung and his brain. Well, come to find out he had a walnut sized tumor in his brain along with small minor ones. But this upcoming Tuesday he is to have brain surgery to have it removed. It really sucks that I can’t be there for him but I know right now I am praying for him to get through this. This is some pretty scary stuff. I thought my kid being sick this weekend was a big ick but nope, having to hear that your best friend is awaiting surgery now that is some scary stuff. So for those that do read my blogs please keep my friend in your prayers along with his family they need all they can get.
