Well I am another year older and still can’t believe it. But who knew I would look and feel this great especially being 17 pounds lighter. I am going to keep the momentum going. Looking forward to what is in store this upcoming year. We are not even half way through it yet. My weight loss has been a little bit of a roller coaster but now with getting the dosage to go up to 5mg I am hoping that the side effects don’t get worse. The only side effect I still get but isn’t terrible is the nausea the day after I do the injection.
Dating this year has been a little bit of a challenge but slowly getting there. It is hard especially when you have a 6 year old child. I am trying to plan accordingly and date within my area. I am still insecure with myself but I am still working on that. I got some self-help books to help me with my self-worth and loving myself. It would be nice to feel valued and beautiful. When you haven’t been told that in many years I started questioning if I really was. People can tell you what you want to hear but in reality are they really being honest with you. But I can only work on myself and really do the work to get there. I know I am worth it. Hello April, lets get it together.
